Manhattan (Shirokov)

Our guest is bourbon brand ambassador Maxim Shirokov, who prepares a Manhattan cocktail from expensive ingredients according to a recipe from the New York bar Employees Only. We have already prepared a regular Manhattan .

Ingredients

• Maker's Mark Bourbon - 60 ml
• Vermouth Antica Formula – 30 ml
• Benedictine liqueur – 1.5 bar spoons
• White cherry jam for decoration - 2-3 berries

Recipe

• Place coarse ice in a mixing glass, pour in bourbon, vermouth and Benedictine.
• Mix with a bar spoon.
• After filtering using a strainer, pour into a frozen cocktail glass.
• Decorate with a skewer of white cherries.
• Before serving, spray Benedictine around the glass using a spray bottle.
