Zucchini baked with minced meat, rice and cheese
Ingredients

Vegetable oil..................................................2 tbsp. spoons + for greasing
Minced beef or pork and beef......................200–250 g
Boiled rice...............................................3–4 tbsp. spoons
Salt..............................................................taste
Ground black pepper...................................taste
Zucchini....................................................2 pieces
Cheese.................................................70–100 g
Greenery.................................................taste

Cut the onion into small pieces. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the peppers and mushrooms, if you want to add them.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chopped ingredients for a few minutes until soft. Cool.
Mix the minced meat with the roast and rice. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the zucchini into slices. Remove the middle to leave rings.
Grease a baking tray with oil. Place the zucchini on it and add minced meat with rice and vegetables to each.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 180°C. 5-10 minutes before readiness, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Before serving, decorate the zucchini with chopped herbs.
