For four servings you will need:

  • avocado 3 pieces;
  • lime ½;
  • sweet bell pepper 1 piece;
  • chili pepper ¼;
  • tomato 1 piece;
  • cilantro;
  • salt;
  • olive oil 1/2 tbsp. l.

This recipe differs from others in aroma and rich taste.

Wash the pepper and remove the pulp from seeds and membranes. Cut into slices. Wash the greens and pat dry with a towel. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop.

Cut the avocado into halves with a knife. You can remove the bone with a spoon. The fruit is considered ripe if the peel comes off easily. Make a pate and add lime juice. Stir in herbs and pepper. Drizzle with oil.

Peel the tomatoes and chop finely. You can pass it through a grater. Mix with the main mass.
