  • Ground beef

  • parmesan cheese

  • ground black pepper
  • parsley
  • salt
  • STEP 1Cut the bread into cubes. Blend the garlic and parsley in a blender or food processor. Add Parmesan cheese and beat again. Add pieces of bread and minced meat little by little. Then eggs, milk, pepper the mixture and salt.
  • STEP 2You can do this by hand. Cut the bread, combine pressed garlic, grated cheese, chopped parsley, sprinkle everything with salt and pepper. Beat eggs, pour in milk, stir.
  • STEP 3Add to the mixture, adding minced meat at the end. Mix with your hands or use a fork. Form into balls and fry homemade ground beef meatballs in a frying pan for about eight minutes
