In this recipe, I will demonstrate how to prepare fried chicken in a simple way. We will cook chicken in a frying pan in creamy garlic sauce. Preparation will not take much time, and the result will be very worthy. The chicken turns out aromatic, tender, spicy, creamy and garlicky. It tastes a little like a Georgian dish called “chkmeruli”. I really like this recipe for its ease of preparation and excellent final result! Take note and bon appetit!

Chicken thighs – 4 pcs.
Cream 22% – 250 ml
Butter – 50 g
Vegetable oil
Garlic – 1 head
Fresh parsley
Fresh dill
Ground sweet paprika – 1 tbsp. spoon
Khmeli-suneli – 2 tbsp. spoons
Freshly ground pepper

We remove excess skin and fat from chicken thighs, which were left by an unscrupulous manufacturer to increase their weight.
It is not necessary to use your thighs. If you want, you can use drumsticks or legs, it doesn't really matter.

Mix spices: suneli hops, paprika, salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir and apply the spice mixture to the chicken. Distribute evenly over the entire surface of the thighs. And put the chicken aside.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, peel the garlic cloves. Cut them into small random pieces. Transfer to a deep bowl. Finely chop the parsley and dill and add to the garlic. Pour in cream and stir.

Place the frying pan on medium heat. Put butter in it. Immediately add vegetable oil so that the butter does not start to burn. When the butter is melted and hot, place the chicken skin side down and fry until a crust forms. On average this will take about 5-6 minutes. Then turn the thighs over and fry them on the other side for 3 minutes.
Next, pour the creamy garlic sauce into the pan with the chicken, which we prepared shortly before.

Distribute the sauce evenly throughout the pan. Mix it with melted butter and apply it to the chicken pieces so that each of them is covered with sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and leave for 30 minutes on low heat.

During cooking, I recommend opening the lid several times and once again applying boiling creamy garlic sauce to the chicken pieces. After 30 minutes, the chicken thighs will be completely cooked.

Serve chicken in creamy garlic sauce with a side dish of rice, pasta or boiled potatoes.
