Ingredients

  • biscuit from natapit:
  • for the head
  • 7 eggs at room temperature
  • 60 gr. butter
  • 220 gr. sugar/7.5 tbsp. /
  • 220 gr. flour/8 tbsp. with a slide/
  • packet vanilla sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. baking powder
  • form No. 26
  • for ears
  • 6 eggs at room temperature
  • 60 gr. butter
  • 6 tbsp. Sahara
  • 6 tbsp. heaps of flour
  • packet vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • form No. 24
  • cream :
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 100 gr. soft plum oils
  • 1 can canned peaches

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat the eggs well until the volume increases 3 times/minutes 8/

without stopping whisking, gradually add sugar. Another 8 minutes/

mix the sifted flour with baking powder and vanilla and add little by little to the egg mixture, stirring with a spatula from bottom to top in a circle.

Add 3-4 tablespoons of dough to the butter melted in the microwave or in a steam bath and add it to the total mass, stirring gently.

Place the dough in a greased and floured pan

bake at 160"40 minutes. Do not open the oven!!!!

beat sl. butter with condensed milk, coat with cream and add chopped peaches.

Korzh No. 26 - head, korzh No. 24 ears - first soak in cream and place the peaches, then cut in half and place the ears. Decorate as your imagination dictates.
