- butter165 g.
- dark chocolate340 g
- chicken egg6 pcs.big
- sugar125 g.
- salt1 pinch
- cocoa powdertastefor sprinkling
Cooking steps
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2Take a ceramic mold, line it with parchment and lightly grease it with butter. If you want a traditional round cake, use a round springform pan.
3Break the chocolate into pieces, pour into a heatproof bowl, add butter and place in a steam bath. Keep in a steam bath and stir with a spatula until the chocolate dissolves and the mass becomes homogeneous. Let the mixture cool.
4Beat the eggs into a large container, add a pinch of salt and beat with a mixer, gradually adding sugar for 5-8 minutes until the egg mixture turns white and thickens well.
5Add half the melted chocolate to the beaten eggs and gently stir until combined. Stirring constantly, add the rest of the chocolate in small portions.
6Pour the batter into the prepared pan, place in the preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes until the top of the cake is shiny and a toothpick comes out almost free of crumbs.
7Let the cake cool. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
